Cooled air is cheaper and easier to handle. Chilled water has had many problems with seals. I would also consider going with a previous model because the model Vanagon is a little heavy for the engine. See bay buses are the common window with a value of more quickly. A better investment, better mileage, parts are understood cheaper, easier to use. Best of all, without the addition of water disrupts your engine:)
