I would like to substitute the sugar in my baking recipes with Agave. Does anyone know equivalent amounts? - substitute with coconut oil in baking

For example, the banana bread, which I have called yesterday and for 1 cup of sugar instead of sugar, which wanted to use the agave, but do not know how or if it is suitable for cooking recipes. Has anyone tried that works well in the kitchen. Are there any adjustments I have to do with heat or time? Should be there any ingredients that are not mixed together. I replaced the butter in the recipe for banana-coconut-oil hope that the agave mixed well with it ..... Suggestions plse.
